Intermediate screen after signing in where you enter the second factor code.
What it is for
- Adding an extra layer of security: even if somebody has your password, they cannot get in without the second factor.
How to use it
- After entering your email and password, the app takes you to this screen if you have 2FA enabled.
- Open the authenticator app (or check the SMS/email, depending on the method you set up).
- Enter the code.
- Click Verify.
Rules and restrictions
- The code usually has a short lifetime (30-60 s).
- After several failed attempts, the system temporarily blocks sign-in.

Q: I have lost the phone with my authenticator on it.
A: Contact support from the Tickets section or use your backup codes if you saved them when you enabled 2FA.

A: From your profile inside the app, once you have signed in.
