Screen for requesting a password reset link by email.
What it is for
- Getting back into your account if you have forgotten your password.
How to use it
- Go to
/auth/recuperar. - Enter the email address of the account.
- Press Send.
- You will receive an email with a link that opens New password.
Rules and restrictions
- The link has a limited lifetime (a few minutes).
- If the email address does not exist, for security reasons the app does not say so explicitly.
Frequently asked questions
Q: The email does not reach me.
A: Check your spam folder; if it is not there, make sure you typed exactly the email address you registered with.
Q: The link has expired.
A: Request it again from this same screen.
